By using www.bebalance.my and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • Promotions, discount codes, or vouchers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • BeBalance Malaysia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Can I request a refund?

  • We do not offer refunds at this time.
  • Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a free return with replacement, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please email us at contactus@bebalance.my or DM @bebalance.my on Instagram with your Order Number and clear photos of the affected product.
  • We are not liable for shipping-related damages as all products are securely wrapped before dispatch.

Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) must be handled through the respective platform’s customer support.

SHIPPING POLICY

Malaysia
All orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International
All international orders will also be fulfilled within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase.

Note

  • The recipient will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees charged by the destination country.
  • Due to customs clearance and unforeseen circumstances, international deliveries may sometimes be delayed.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia – RM 8
  • East Malaysia – RM 18
  • Singapore – RM 28 (first 1–2kg)
